Before putting out the summaries for my next Hetalia stories, I've been meaning to do some ranting, so here it goes!
Lately, I've been in a writing slump... Where I've been comparing myself to this.... certain writer. Though her plot are kind like manga plots and kinda hold the same outcome and la de la da, it seems to be a real hit among the general crowd. Whereas my stories are just random, but I try to avoid the same overused plot of: hero saves person, person thanks hero, hero and person gets married (or vital regions conquered). I thought that my stories would be good, since I noticed that alot of people seem to enjoy it, with me gaining comments like: good job! and continue please?. But when I see this writer, who has recently started writing about the same show as I was, seemed to get more encouraging notes and advice on how to keep up the popularity.
Though I know that it's kinda bad of me to feel this way. But one thing that annoys me even more is the fact that the person does the whole, If you don't comment more, I'll delete this story! Even more that pisses me off, is that she 'updates' every once in a while for more reviews! When I say 'update', I basically mean, reload the last chapter, so people think I've updated, but really, I didn't, and this is a warning to people that I might delete soon since it gains no interest.
Okay, so I'm not that great myself, I don't update often (I blame the fact that my imagination doesn't seem to last over 1000 words.... and I basically suck at descriptions), and I'm spazzing for a random writer. I apoligize if this offends you, but I REALLY needed to get this off my chest. So anyways, I'm done, I'm happy, and here are the summaries for my stories soon to be.
